We are in the process of staffing an Executive Assistant for an insurance firm in Jackson, Mississippi
. The client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities.

• Must be located in Jackson, Mississippi metro area or willing to locate
• Manage up
• Plan, organize, and manage calendar (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)
• Arrange travel schedules and reservations
• Manage underwriting and communication with clients
• Platforms:
  • Microsoft
  • Share Point
  • Zoom

• Experience as executive assistant / personal assistant (a plus)
• Experience with insurance / finance (a plus)
• Ability to manage up
• Excellent organization skills - time management, prioritizing tasks, working within deadlines, even if ambiguous environments
• Proactive, take initiative, exercise good judgement, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
• Forward thinker with good pre-planning skills
• Adaptable, learn new things, flexible with new systems, tools, processes
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, clients, colleagues, people inside and outside of the firm
• Effective in team environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional project work / responsibilities

• Ability to be in-person 5 days a week

• $40k - $45k Salary + benefits and quarterly performance bonus
• Jackson metro area (must be able to work in person 9am-5pm 5 days a week at 39211)
