Position: Program Support Coordinator Hybrid Role

This full-time position is part of the Academic Services team, focusing on timetable planning and program support within the School of Health. You will need strong communication abilities and attention to detail, with at least three years of experience in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with departmental communications and documentation

• Organize and coordinate course registration support

• Develop workload planning projections and timetables

• Manage payroll documents for part-time staff

• Support college events and student engagement activities

Requirements:

• 2-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of three years’ experience in education

• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential

• Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles

• Ability to work independently under guidance
