Description Summary
The Administrative Assistant – Senior / Office Manager performs a broad range of administrative and office management duties, providing high‑level support to department leadership while ensuring the day‑to‑day operations of the office run smoothly and professionally. This role plays a critical part in office coordination, facilities support, emergency preparedness, and special event planning, contributing significantly to workplace culture and employee experience.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non‑standard solutions are available.
- Maintains calendar and schedules meetings.
- Gathers data and prepares reports.
- Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements.
- May train other employees and participate in special projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast‑paced environment and ability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
Workplace type:
Office. Flexible work arrangement may be available in combination with in‑office and remote work, as determined by the hiring team.
Pay range: $21.00 – $31.00 USD hourly. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and education. Eligible for incentive compensation plan.
