Billing Administrator

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Billing Administrator to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. This is a fully remote role for someone who is careful with numbers, enjoys keeping records tidy, and likes seeing invoices go out on time. You will be the person clients and colleagues trust to keep billing accurate and up to date.

• Prepare, check and send customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Keep billing records and account details up to date
• Chase outstanding payments politely and track what is owed
• Resolve billing queries and correct errors quickly
• Reconcile accounts and flag discrepancies to the finance team
• Produce simple billing reports as needed

• Experience with billing, invoicing or general bookkeeping
• Comfort with spreadsheets and accounting or billing software
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and spoken English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace

• Salary of R12,000–R15,000 per month, paid in ZAR
• A fully remote role — work from anywhere in South Africa
• Standard hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
