We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and service-minded Executive Administrative & HR Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and help keep our team and office running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources. You’ll play a key support role across executive administration, office management, and HR.
Whatyou'll do Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the firm
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including assisting with client scheduling
- Help track priorities, follow-ups, and key initiatives
- Assist with special projects and internal coordination
- Assist with hiring, including coordinating interviews and candidate logistics
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including scheduling, documentation, and setup
- Support employee records and internal HR documentation
- Assist with payroll, benefits coordination, and general HR processes
- Help maintain confidentiality and professionalism across all HR-related matters
- Help maintain a polished, organized, and efficient office environment
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and equipment for staff
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and internal logistics
- Support team needs to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Assist with internal team events, meetings, and office celebrations
- Support client events and firm-hosted gatherings
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in or exposure to HR
- Experience supporting an executive or leadership team
- Experience with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination
- Background in financial services or similar professional office environments
We offer a top-tier compensation and benefits package, including:
- Base Salary
: $75,000 - $95,000 - Bonuses
