Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors.

  • Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions, resolving issues and ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal client support team members.
  • Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process account transactions; prepare documentation and maintain accurate client records.
  • Manage various administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, and updating SOPs.
  • Support the annual business planning process and marketing activities such as planning and executing events.

Qualifications
  • Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and take direction from the financial advisor.
  • Experience in administrative support in a financial services environment is an advantage.

Compensation

Compensation ranges are provided as a subset of the total pay range. Merit‑based salary increases are available as you progress in the BOA role.
