Job Description

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)

Duration: Approximately 3.5 months

Start Date: June 22

Location: Edison, NJ (90% Remote)

Equipment: Company‑provided computer equipment

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by managing and processing email communications through an internal CRM system. This is a temporary assignment offering a primarily remote work environment, with occasional onsite attendance required for training and business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage incoming emails using Outlook.
  • Accurately process and enter information into the company's internal CRM system.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness when entering information.
  • Assist with light reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Follow established procedures and meet productivity expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow and task completion.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, data entry, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and general computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
