Administrative Assistant

Company Overview:

We are an association management firm supporting six different associations. We handle day-to-day operations, communications, and event coordination to help each association run smoothly and effectively.

• Create and format newsletters (content provided, light editing required)
• Design simple graphics for emails, social media, and event promotions
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Support 4–5 in-person events per year (setup, registration, and on-site coordination)

• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with newsletter platforms (e.g., Constant Contact)
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional and dependable

• Approximately 15–20 hours per month
• Flexible schedule (remote work)
• Hourly rate based on experience
• Occasional in-person event support required (details provided in advance)
