We are seeking an organized, skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment to join our hardworking team of changemakers. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will provide project and logistical support for our Communications Team, helping to ensure resources we develop for our municipal and community partners are rolled out in an organized and timely fashion. Your role will directly support the ability of our partners to expand their reach and ensure residents and small businesses across the Commonwealth can benefit from nation‑leading energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized, accurate tracking systems for projects and marketing materials, keep status updated, and organize marketing requests.
    • Initiate intake and identify action items and next steps.
    • Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Monitor progress from intake through completion.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of marketing materials.
    • Share community and vendor‑created materials with internal and external reviewers.
    • Gather feedback from stakeholders and reviewers.
    • Trigger translation requests to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Organize and manage duplication of templated materials.
  • Support community outreach teams by gathering necessary content, updating content based on requests, and adjusting materials for events and outreach.
  • Support mailer logistics, ordering of materials, and vendor coordination.
    • Gather necessary information from partners.
    • Collect and integrate feedback.
    • Coordinate signatures and approvals.
    • Manage logistics with external vendors.
  • Provide miscellaneous project support to the Communications Team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Passionately embraces the mission of All In Energy with a strong commitment to addressing global climate change, equitable clean energy access, and racial, economic and environmental justice.
  • Comfort using Google Workplace applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail).
  • Experience using Canva.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear organizational systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and creatively problem‑solve.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Organizational and time‑management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, nimble team.
  • Successful completion of a background check and 4‑panel drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, written and spoken.
  • Experience coordinating material reviews.
  • Comfort communicating in writing with external vendors or partners.
  • Experience integrating brand requirements into materials.
  • Comfort with project management tools such as Asana and Gantt charts or similar.
  • Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Mass Save programs.
Benefits, Hours, and Compensation
  • Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt 20 hours per week.
  • Compensated at $28.88 per hour.
  • Fixed‑term employment through the end of 2026 with possible renewal into 2028.
  • The ideal candidate is based in Massachusetts.
