Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst performs a variety of Training Functions and Administrative duties that are necessary to run the organization efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and facilitate remote-based training in a virtual environment
  • Classroom training in FBI facilities, and blended learning utilizing technology
  • Create training schedules, coordinate with instructors, complete training announcements, compile applications and participant information
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training iterations, address student questions and concerns
  • Maintain training records, training websites, conduct post-training surveys, and provide course evaluation data to instructors and unit management
  • Review and generate reports in Virtual Academy
  • Support the customer with administrative duties
  • Build and execute mission-critical training for language professionals
  • Provide day-to-day customer service communicating with Language professionals and various customers, soliciting feedback and using it to improve work products and services
  • Support the enhancement of customer service and satisfaction
  • Assist with the program s projects, to include preparing communication materials, running reports and producing surveys by effectively using facts, data, and logical arguments
  • Perform additional duties during the absence of other team members
Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience as a Training Coordinator (preferred)
  • High school diploma and three (3) years of general office experience. Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or relevant training may be substituted for experience.
  • Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Experience operating standard office equipment
