Job Description:
Provide administrative, secretarial, and office support to the Director and Assistant Director of the Office of Student Life and Leadership. Assist with daily office operations.
Examples ofDuties & Responsibilities:
- Purchase requisitions for all summer and Annual Fall events, trainings, and Club Office spaces
- Assist with the DWIGHT Food Cupboard and Refrigerator locker orders
- Update Department Student Leader Training Manual
- Student Leader Trainings schedules and agendas
- Update Department Brochures and handouts
- Other duties as assigned
- Adheres to the College Code of Conduct.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Associate degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
- Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.
- Previous administrative, clerical, or secretarial experience in an office setting.
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Salary:
$20/hour
Schedule:20 hours/week beginning July 6th, 2026

This position involves primarily sedentary work, including prolonged periods of computer use and keyboarding. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form. Occasional travel between campus buildings or to other local or out-of-town locations for meetings or conferences may be required.
