Role Summary

The Executive Assistant for CPC Capital will provide professional administrative support to the Chief Business Officer, head of CPC Capital, and selected senior leaders, collaborating closely with the Office of the CEO and senior management team.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the Chief Business Officer, managing a high‑volume calendar, coordinating logistics, and arranging room setup and catering as needed.
  • Support CPC Capital team off‑site meetings by identifying and booking meeting space, serving as a liaison with venue staff, and ensuring smooth flow of the meetings.
  • Work with the Chief of Staff to anticipate needs, troubleshoot conflicts, and keep operations running efficiently.
  • Handle conference registration support and travel bookings for the Chief Business Officer and CPC Capital leadership team.
  • Prepare and process travel and expense reports and invoices for assigned executives in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy.
  • Communicate on behalf of the Office of the Chief Business Officer with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide ad‑hoc executive and administrative support, including on‑site or out‑of‑office coverage for fellow executive support team members.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and with others.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Concur or any expense management tool.
  • Can exercise good judgement and maintain confidentiality.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

This is a hybrid role where you will work from the Manhattan office three days a week. The salary range is $85,000 – $100,000, dependent on experience.
