Firefly Children & Family Alliance is hiring an Administrative Assistant in our Terre Haute office. In this position you will greet and aid people as they come in and be the face of Firefly. You will also support the Home Based program with clerical support including but not limited to data entry, document organization and taking meeting minutes. This position will report to the Director of Home Based for Terre Haute.

- Solicit and input data.
- Complete and submit forms.
- Produce reports.
- Tracking and updating client lists.
- Direct inquiries to right people.
- Answer questions and provide information and documentation.
- Photocopying, faxing, filing, or emailing.
- Event planning.
- Monitor and maintain stock of supplies for both prevention and intervention programs, including safety items.
- Collaborate with team members in chart audit process.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with valid insurance.
- Experience with Excel.
- Telephone experience answering multiple incoming lines.
- Clerical experience.
- Knowledge of computer and office equipment.
- Acquire knowledge of agencies' programs.
- Work with a team when applicable.
