Escrow Payoff Specialist; REMOTE

Job Description

• Provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions.
• Support real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist escrow processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.
• Order and obtain payoff statements from loan servicers in a timely manner.
• Accurately enter payoff data into internal systems.
• Request payoff information from borrowers and loan officers as needed.
• Upload and maintain payoff documents and related files within the system.
• Monitor, respond to, and organize emails related to files pending payoff processing.
• Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and up to date.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience ordering payoffs from loan servicers.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Computer skills, Typing, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Phones and communication skills.
• Experience with Res Ware optional.
• High School Diploma.
