Position Purpose
To provide administrative support for DHSE cluster faculty, postdocs, visitors and to help manage student payroll and budgets.
Responsibilities- Provides fiscal and clerical support for faculty and staff of DHSE.
- Maintains and updates budgets.
- Project and event support.
- Information management and communication.
- Associate’s or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of office experience or management in a related field, with some autonomy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to respond appropriately to pressures, deadlines and changes in priorities and schedules, with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated cultural competence.
- Commitment to diversity and proven effectiveness in serving the needs of a diverse undergraduate student population.
