The Executive Team Assistant & Manager, Executive Operations and Engagement is a highly visible role that provides comprehensive executive-level support to the five C‑Suite members of the Chamber's Executive Management Team, while also serving as a key coordinator for Board meeting operations, small events, and other community engagement activities.
The position blends advanced scheduling and administrative support with event execution and external relationship coordination
, ensuring a seamless experience for executives, Board members, and community partners.
- 5 years' experience supporting senior level executives and executive teams
- Experience coordinating Board governance or high-level meetings strongly preferred
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or VIP engagement preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
Do you have flexibility to support early morning or evening events? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office?
The Executive Team Assistant & Manager, Executive Operations and Engagement is responsible for:

This position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
