Job Description

The Administrative Assistant Senior Associate provides varied administrative support to multiple managers and staff by applying in‑depth knowledge of department policy and organization. Supporting 2 staff members on scheduling calendar, travel planning and expenses.

  • Work under general direction and supporting 2 Directors.
  • Support two directors calendar scheduling, expense report creation, meeting scheduling and travel planning.
  • Utilizes required standard and specialized software applications including Microsoft Outlook and Concur Expense reporting.
  • Prepares presentations independently with PowerPoint.
  • Trains and leads routine work processes.
  • Assimilates, gathers and summarizes detailed information for a response/decision.
  • Handles multiple demands on an on‑going basis including difficult situations.
  • Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0‑2 years experience (Preferred)

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 22.21 - 35.27 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
