Role DescriptionWe are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This hybrid role, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, allows for a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, maintaining organized records, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and team members
- Effective Communication and Sales skills to support client interactions and contribute to achieving sales goals
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage records and ensure efficient sales processes
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and office software is a plus
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is highly beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent, with further education being an advantage
