Claims Operations Associate

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department. May process and organize claim file information, prepare and maintain records, identify opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Performs other duties as assigned.

The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office, which offers a hybrid work environment: 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.

Education:

High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).

• Develops working knowledge of claim data processing systems.
