Seeking a highly organized Operations Support Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage administrative support for senior leadership while coordinating marketing materials and digital presence to enhance the company's brand.
Key responsibilities:- Monitor project tracking tools and maintain status reports while providing administrative support for various operational tasks
- Create and update marketing materials, manage social media content, and assist with the execution of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, recruitment events, and program launches, ensuring all materials are prepared and delivered on time
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in operations support, administrative coordination, or marketing
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
