Position Overview

Responsibilities- Budget Support:
Develop spending plans, track expenditures, and prepare regular budget reports. - Agreement Tracking:
Monitor agreements, coordinate with legal staff, and manage document flow through required channels. - Procurement Guidance:
Review documents, recommend procurement methods, and help staff follow purchasing rules. - Document Oversight:
Maintain administrative procedures, oversee record retention, and manage digital files across division systems. - Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve problems involving purchases, payments, agreements, or vendor communication.
- Full‑time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch.
- Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home part‑time, up to 5 days per pay period. Telework requires a securely configured high‑speed internet connection and an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you cannot telework, you may report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. - Salary:
In some cases, the starting salary may be non‑negotiable.
- Minimum Experience and Training Requirements
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four‑year college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Other Requirements
- You must meet the PA residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
