Position: Administrative Coordinator - FT - Work From Home
[Office Clerical / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $26-hr / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday thru Friday / Health-Dental-Vision / Paid Vacation / Sick Leave - As an Administrative Coordinator at Guardian HR, you will:
Manage and maintain schedules and appointments for executives and team members;
Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings and conferences;
Prepare and distribute important documents and reports;
Communicate and liaise with clients and vendors;
Monitor and track expenses and budgets;
Keep accurate records and files;
Ensure efficient and effective communication between team members and departments;
Provide administrative support and assistance to various projects and tasks;
Collaborate with team members to improve process and workflow;
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
