Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping the front office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support remote/virtual front-desk tasks when working from home (as applicable)
Required Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, MS Office)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work from home when needed (reliable internet and quiet workspace)
  • Prior receptionist, front-desk, or customer service experience
  • Experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare office setting
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
