Position OverviewWe are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and team members. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping the front office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and required documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support remote/virtual front-desk tasks when working from home (as applicable)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, MS Office)
- Ability to work from home when needed (reliable internet and quiet workspace)
- Prior receptionist, front-desk, or customer service experience
- Experience in a medical, dental, or healthcare office setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Pay: $ per hour (based on experience)
- Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
