Maryland Food Bank is looking for a Donor Services Coordinator to join the Philanthropy Services Team in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves managing donor inquiries, processing donations, and coordinating stewardship mailings. The ideal candidate has strong customer service and data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM systems.
This role requires on-site presence at least three days a week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate events. A background check and drug screen are required for all candidates.
