Position Overview:As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations. You will work closely with our management team and assist with various tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and general office duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the management team
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize and maintain company documents and records
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience working from home is a plus
