Job Overview

Full‑time Customer Service position with Pepsi Co. Salary $27‑$35 per hour. Remote telecommute based in Illinois, USA.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and uphold area drives through authoritative help for the CIC initiative group guaranteeing responsive, precise, and proficient help for everyday regulatory necessities.
  • Use Agree following organization strategies for all movement and costs and PCARD compromise.
  • Process acquisition exchanges, PO creation, receipt accommodation, and installments using MYBUY S/4 Hanna stage and set up new providers/merchants using MDG.
  • Process PO invoicing and accommodation in SAP.
  • Make, run, and disperse reports on a case‑by‑case basis for the CIC group.
  • Maintain hierarchical outlines, conveyance records, and contact records.
  • Research, keep up with, and stock all division gear for both in‑office and WFH workers.
  • Support and coordinate operations for quarterly CIC municipal centers, CIC initiative gatherings on‑site and off‑site, and various division occasions.
  • Help with recently added team member onboarding, requesting supplies, mailing and transportation, and getting guests.
  • Other work obligations as allocated.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of SAP (Hana, Agree).
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with MYBUY.
  • Handling of procurement orders, invoicing, and PCard processes.
  • Onboarding preparation experience.
  • Client assistance or coordinated operations experience.
  • Managerial experience (operations, calendaring, detailing, planning, group support, keeping up with records, diagrams and documents).
  • Capacity to autonomously oversee time and plan.
  • Strong verbal and relational abilities.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Flexibility to stay at work longer than required when essential.
