Are you a legal Secretary or legal administration professional who thrives on keeping complex legal matters running smoothly?

You will provide high‑quality legal administrative support within our Projects/Construction team. The role is key to supporting fee earners, managing legal processes and delivering an excellent client experience.

• Legal diary, email and workflow management
• Legal client and third‑party liaison
• Billing, compliance and file administration
• Legal document production and CRM reporting

• Experience in legal support or legal administration
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Professional, confidential and proactive approach

• Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
• For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
