• Provide assistance to Front Desk Coordinator, Campus, and Administrative & Finance team.
• Duties include:
  • Covering front office and phones, 10 hrs
  • Stocking supplies, equipment maintenance, and periodic facilities checks, 2 hrs
  • Assist in directing faculty, staff, students, and visitors, 2 hrs
  • Ensure security at the University’s main point of entry, 2 hrs
  • Provide support for the Director of Administrative Services and other administrative staff as needed, 2 hrs
  • Data entry, 1 hr
  • Research and development for directors and department needs, 1 hr

• Service-oriented attitude toward patrons.
• Reliable in terms of work hours agreed upon.
