Position: Office Administrator & MIS Executive (Remote | Canadian timing)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator & MIS Executive (Remote India) to support our day-to-day administrative operations. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in India who are comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours aligned with Canadian business operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS), organizing business records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Working Hours

6:00 PM IST – 2:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Update, manage, and monitor MIS databases and spreadsheets.
  • Compile, verify, and analyze data for management reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and digital filing systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, tracking tasks, and coordinating administrative activities.
  • Create and update customer, service, and project-related records.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Support management with ad hoc reports and administrative assignments.
  • Monitor emails and respond to routine inquiries professionally.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in records or data.
  • Assist in process documentation and workflow improvements.
  • Handle client correspondence and manage all inbound and outbound communications, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses to client inquiries, requests, and service-related matters.
  • Manage client communications, including handling correspondence, tracking inquiries, and coordinating all incoming and outgoing communications to ensure effective client engagement and follow-up.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, data management, or MIS role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and other office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and a personal computer/laptop for remote work.
