Job Summary

Independence Title in the San Antonio area (Crownridge Office) a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Support/Front Desk position.

• All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, process deliveries and mail)
• Assisting with opening new customer/client files into the database system
• Office supplies, work/copy room upkeep
• Assisting Escrow teams with whatever is needed

• Friendly, outgoing, sharp, well-organized with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset to provide remarkable customer service during real estate transactions

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience is required
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management)
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to work on site (this is not a work remote position)
