Position: TES Advancement Administrative Support Associate - Gift Planning

TES Admin Support Associate

Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a TES Admin Support Associate to provide administrative, financial, and general clerical support within an administrative department or program with responsibility for a broad variety of office support duties and tasks. General operating hours are 7:45a-4:45p, Monday through Friday. Applicant must upload a current resume and cover letter describing your interest and qualifications for the position.

Hours desired and general availability should be disclosed. Seeking candidates who can work at least 20-29 hours per week for 6-10 months. This will not be a remote position; supporting office staff while they travel is essential. The University is closed for two weeks each winter.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and proofing correspondence
  • Data management
  • Travel research/planning/reservations & appointments
  • Donor stewardship
  • Serve as a general point of contact
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience OR
  • Associate's degree OR
  • Bachelor's degree

Scope of

Experience:

Experience in clerical or administrative support services. Please include a cover letter with submission

  • 2-4 years college, technical college attendance; financial training/certifications; high level of comfort with technology.
