Primary
Purpose:
Maintain accurate student attendance, enrollment, withdrawal, demographic, and PEIMS data records for the campus in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements. Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure timely and accurate reporting through the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS).
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED certificate
- Ability to use computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, including word processing
- Proficient keyboarding, file maintenance and 10-key skills
- Ability to meet established deadlines
- Two years data entry experience recommended or experience in a school office setting

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Minimum Salary $15.88 hourly
* Salary is commensurate with experience
* Works 226 Day Calendar
* This position requires on-site, in-person work and does not offer remote work options. Sheldon ISD will accept applications for this position through 06/23/2026. After this date, applicants can continue to submit applications in case the district was unable to find a suitable candidate. If the district was unable to find a suitable candidate from the initial applications, applications submitted after 06/23/2026 will be reviewed in five-day increments until a viable candidate is recommended for hire.
