Job DetailsWomble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in its North or South Carolina offices. This position will support attorneys and staff throughout our U.S. offices. The work hours for this position are from 9:00 A.M.
-5:30 P.M. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 11:30 A.M.
- 8:00 P.M. Tuesdays and Thursdays. This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit invoices and expense reimbursements through Chrome River
- Schedule and update calendars
- Initiate file opening process for conflicts checks
- Record time entry
- Arrange travel accommodations
- Assist with the preparation and word processing of documents
- File documents in document management system
- Upload electronic documents
- Prepare outgoing US Mail, Fed Ex, UPS envelopes/packages
- Perform special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor degree is preferred
- Must be organized, prompt, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must commit to the confidentiality of client- and firm-related information
- Must have working knowledge of various types of technology such as databases, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
