Executive Assistant Position

Our company is looking for a skilled executive assistant who can provide proactive and timely support to Valesca Inc Tele Com. The duties of an executive assistant will include managing the executive's schedule, handling their correspondence, preparing analyses, and ensuring the implementation of objectives in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Helping an executive by being the point of contact for all communications, i.e., phone, email, fax, etc. Duties also include interaction with clients.
• Manage the executive's schedule by organizing appointments, travel itineraries, etc.
• Produce reports for the executive, based on historical references or research, as requested.
• Maintain confidential and secure information by using backups and appropriate security software.
• Manage the inventory of office supplies and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth operation.
• Represent the executive in their absence by attending meetings and taking notes.
• Help other employees as per the executive's wishes.
• Maintain professional knowledge levels by attending workshops and following publications.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working as an executive assistant or in a similar position preferred
• High school diploma approved
• Having a computer and good internet connection
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Tech-savvy and familiar with office management procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
