Program Assistance
- Workshop Coordination:
As directed by your supervisor implement back end website and registration form set up and administrative support for all workshops, webinars and series based trainings - Training Support:
Provide logistical, tech, and administrative support as for virtual events - Trainer Support:
Provide presenter support as needed and directed by your supervisor - Administrative Support:
As directed by your supervisor, manage all administrative details of workshops, backend setup, and presenter support as needed. Provide administrative support for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks as outlined in Slack, Trello or other project management systems - Calendar:
As directed by your supervisor provide support for internal calendar tracking - Virtual Event Support:
Provide logistical, tech, and administrative support as for all virtual events
Customer, Member, Volunteer, and Sponsor Support
- Customer Support:
Provide support in answering incoming questions via email and Wix chat. Support other staff in providing accurate support for customers, members, sponsors and volunteers
Task Management and Direct Supervision
- Tasks for this position will be directed by supervisor
Hourly Rate:
$25 per hour
Hours per week
- Days:
This position is 20 hours a week on Monday through Thursday. - Work Remote:
Working hours are remote and this is a work from home position - Hours for the position:
The hours for this position are 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. These are not flexible. Do not apply for this position if you are not available during these working hours.
PTO:
After three months of employment, employee is eligible to receive 2 hours of PTO per pay period. PTO will be documented on employee's paystub.
Retirement:
After 1 year of employment, employee is eligible for 3% retirement match.
Technology Reimbursement:
A $35 technology reimbursement is provided each pay period
Sick Leave + FAMLI:
Employees that reside in Colorado are eligible for FAMLI leave. Employees accrue 1 hour of sick per 30 hours worked.
Employment Status:
This position is a non-exempt, part-time employee role.
