The Account Conversion Specialist performs advanced administrative support for vendor onboarding during clinic acquisitions. This role coordinates account transitions and vendor communication to ensure timely setup and access for new hospitals.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinate vendor onboarding processes including billing updates and ownership changes.
- Follow detailed checklists and processes to ensure clinic vendor access readiness.
- Submit and track documentation across vendors and internal systems.
- Communicate directly with vendors regarding setup progress and missing documentation.
- Report status to the Lead and escalate delays appropriately.
- Update conversion tracking sheets and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Recommend minor process improvements or documentation templates.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the nature and level of work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in administrative support, vendor services, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, shared drives, and workflow tools.
