Full-Time Scheduler/Administrative Coordinator

Are you organized, dependable, compassionate, and able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping a sense of humor? We may be looking for you!

SYNERGY Home Care of Fort Worth is seeking a full-time Scheduler/Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Rotating on-call responsibilities (typically 1–3 days per week) - 1 weekend day shift every other weekend
  • Office located in Willow Park
  • Potential work-from-home opportunity after demonstrated success, accountability, and proficiency in the role
  • Base starting pay is dependent on experience and has possibility of increase at 30, 60 and 90 Days.

Our service area spans from Downtown Fort Worth, West Fort Worth, Mansfield, Burleson, Cleburne, Glen Rose, Granbury, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto, Weatherford, Peaster, Aledo, Azle and everywhere in between.

  • Must be able to pivot quickly, keep a sense of humor, and thrive in the organized chaos that comes with home care scheduling!
