Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an electronics company in Cerritos. They are looking to hire a Sales Admin through October 2026 to cover a leave. This position is paying between $24-$27 an hour based on experience.
Work
Duties Include:
- Organizational Skills/Triage and the ability to start/stop tasks with ability to pick up where you left off
Will help with various tasks such as:
- Data Entry, Order Processing (from online vs phone) into CRM, Light phone support when needed, Mail, Ordering Supplies, other assigned tasks to support departments
- Strong comfortability with focused communication and coordination across departments and customers vs vendors
-Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills - Will be quoting customers and learning how to document the orders (Shipping documents)
- Adobe design a plus doing basic sales materials
- This role is a fit for someone who does not need hand holding and can work independently. Some employees are working from home so someone needs to be okay with that
