Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a positive relationships with caregivers and clients
- Providing staffing and scheduling services.
- Match the needs of our clients with the personalities and talents of our caregivers
- Extensive computer and telephone work
- Frequent phone/email/texting interaction with caregivers, clients, and health care professionals
- At least 2 years experience working in home care or in a scheduling / office administration position
- Enjoys working with a variety of people and personality types
- Organized and self-disciplined
- Empathetic to the needs of our caregivers and clients
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
- It's naturally analytical and can handle shifting priorities while working independently
- Fulfilled by helping seniors remain healthy and independent at home
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working within scheduling software
