Chargé De Mobilité Internationale (F/H)
In the context of a new position and to strengthen the LINC (Languages, International and Culture) service, we are looking for a Charge De Mobilite Internationale (F/H) on a CDD of 18 months for the Mont-Saint-Aignan campus (76), position to be filled starting from mid-October 2026.
This position plays a key role in the support of international students, the coordination of institutional delegations, and the organization of the reception of international short-term programs.
Proposed Missions:
Management of international student mobility:
- Coordinate and follow the mobility of incoming students before, during, and after their stay;
- Manage administrative procedures (application dossiers, student accounts, study agreements, grade reports, accommodation, etc.);
- Serve as the main point of contact for international students.
Delegations and short-term programs:
- Organize and coordinate the reception of international university delegations;
- Manage logistics, schedules, and on-site support for visiting groups;
- Provide operational support to the design and implementation of short-term international programs;
- Coordinate the reception of international student groups participating in short-term programs.
Coordination and administration:
- Ensure liaison with internal services (IT, housing, finance, teaching teams);
- Manage and update databases and digital platforms dedicated to Mobility;
- Update information materials (training catalogs, student guides, registration forms, etc.).
Support and integration of students:
- Organize welcome activities, orientation sessions, and offer continuous support;
- Provide personalized follow-up (administrative, personal, or health-related questions);
- Promote intercultural integration on campus.
Events and communication:
- Organize events (integration week, cultural activities, workshops, social events);
- Contribute to the promotion of international programs and communication with partners;
- Contribute to the website, social media, and internal communication.
Partnerships and representation:
- Contribute to the development and follow-up of partnerships;
- Ensure liaison with external stakeholders (public institutions, embassies, banks, etc.);
- Represent the institution at events, if necessary.
Profile:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred);
- At least one year of experience in an international environment;
- Proficiency in English and French required (a third language is an asset);
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently;
- Interest in intercultural environments and higher education.
This position is available in CDD full-time for 18 months on our Mont-Saint-Aignan campus (76).
Annual gross salary between 30k and 34.8k, negotiable according to profile.
