Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Junior Administrative Assistant. This role will support daily administrative operations, coordination, and communication across a growing U.S.

-based organization.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build experience in administrative support, office coordination, or business operations.

The Junior Administrative Assistant will work with managers and internal teams to help keep schedules organized, maintain records, and support day-to-day business functions in a remote environment.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in administration, office support, operations, or business coordination.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and client hiring needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
  • Respond to emails and assist with internal communication
  • Organize documents, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative processes
  • Coordinate meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Support managers with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
  • Assist with customer or internal inquiries when needed
  • Ensure accuracy and organization across systems and documents
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, retail, or support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
