At Ignite Child Development Services, we’re passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. We provide high-quality, accessible ABA therapy services designed to empower children with autism and other developmental needs to thrive. As a team, we’re committed to creating a supportive, collaborative, and innovative environment—one where every team member feels valued and where our mission drives everything we do.

What

Makes Ignite Different:
  • Daytime

    Hours:

Say goodbye to erratic schedules. We operate on a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, and your hours will be 6:45am-2:45pm (hello, wide open afternoons!)
  • Transparent Hiring Process: No bait-and-switch. We’ll be upfront about the role, the expectations, and what it’s like to work here. We even encourage you to ask us tough questions!
  • Supportive Culture: We’re committed to creating a workplace where collaboration, respect, and growth are the norm. Interpersonal issues? We handle them proactively and with care.
  • Purpose-Driven Work: We proudly serve Medicaid populations because we care deeply about making therapy accessible. We’re independently owned, so we’re driven by client outcomes—not private equity profits.
Our Role at Ignite

As an ABA Scheduling Specialist, you’re not just managing calendars—you’re ensuring that families and therapists can focus on what matters most: delivering and receiving care. You’ll be the go-to person for all things scheduling, balancing attention to detail with compassionate communication.

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in ABA Scheduling
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Suite and scheduling software.
  • Spanish speaking is a huge plus!
  • Experience using Theradriver is a huge plus!
Skills That Make You Shine:
  • You’re a multitasking pro who can stay organized under pressure.
  • You’ve got stellar communication skills—families and teammates feel supported when they hear from you.
  • Confidentiality is your middle name.
  • You know your way around scheduling conflicts and thrive on creative problem-solving.
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Coordinate schedules: Match clients with BCBAs and therapists for sessions that work for everyone.
  • Communicate with families: Be the friendly and reliable point of contact for all scheduling matters.
  • Handle changes like a pro: Adapt schedules quickly and efficiently for cancellations or reschedules.
  • Keep records spotless: Ensure all appointment details are accurate and up to date in our system.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with clinicians and admin staff to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Own and Master the Scheduling System: Serve as the primary expert and manager of our centralized scheduling system, ensuring it is used efficiently and effectively as the cornerstone of all scheduling activities.
Logistics & Perks:
  • Tools of the trade: You’ll be set up with everything you need to succeed, including access to standard office equipment and scheduling systems.
  • Flexibility: Take advantage of a hybrid schedule with remote work opportunities throughout the week! While a 6:45am start time is a must, you’ll be off work at 2:45pm each day
