As our HES Office Assistant, you'll earn a competitive wage of $20–$25 per hour

This is a part-time position with shifts varying within business hours, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM
.
In this role, you'll coordinate project schedules, ensure timelines stay on track, and communicate updates across teams. You'll manage documentation with precision, keep records accurate and up to date, and support billing and data processes that keep everything aligned. From handling administrative tasks to solving small challenges before they become big ones, you'll blend organization, communication, and critical thinking that directly support the success of every project.
Requirements- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional customer service experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
