The Foster Care to Permanency (FC2P) Support Services Coordinator is responsible for the management of family foster care and adoption case records and administrative support for Foster Care to Permanency staff. These duties include the coordination of client records, data systems, and workflow. We are looking for a part-time Coordinator to work in the Greenville office working 25-30 hours per week.

Primary Job FunctionsDuties
- Process all foster care/adoption applications for assigned Hub(s) and obtain assignments from Supervisors; data entry information into ECHO and/or Binti
- Perform Criminal Records checks for all new applications and upload into Binti database; confirm information provided to obtain Adam Walsh Child Abuse/Neglect checks and Out of State CRCs; follow-up to make sure these documents are obtained; data entry/scan/upload information into Binti
- Assignment of Specialist letters to applicants; update information in database system(s)
- Process approved foster care licenses, data entry/scan/upload to ECHO and/or Binti, with notification to assigned Specialist
- Managing family client records for Foster Care to Permanency including new case set up and follow-up on missing items
- Processing and filing of all case documentation for services provided to clients
- Submit family referrals matched with specific children and recording in ECHO and/or Binti
- Submitting RILs and fingerprints to State office for approval and subsequent coordination/follow-up; data entry/scan/upload to Binti
- Prepare foster care service contracts for children in care and follow-up with DSS for those contracts not received; scan/upload to Binti
- Processing of foster care licensing packets and adoptive pre-placement assessment packets and verification of required documentation; data entry into ECHO and/or Binti
- Submitting approval letters to families upon receipt of licensure from State
- Preparation and submission of monthly expiration reports for foster care and adoption
- Compiling client records according to the procedures required to comply with guidelines for accreditation, licensure, local area mental health entities, or other appropriate funding sources
- Assist with office and building maintenance including, but not limited to, ordering office supplies, assisting with mail, office equipment, facility maintenance reports, and coordination of room use/reservations.
- Assist with CHS events related to foster care to permanency services as needed
- Assist as needed for Hub support coverage or as assigned
- Provide assistance to clients and other visitors in the office area
General
- Perform other duties related to program goals and projects as needed
- Display sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
- Processing and filing of documentation within set time frames
- Attend team meetings (in person or via Skype)
Education, Licenses &
Certifications:
- Some college experience required; four-year college degree preferred
Experience:
- A minimum of two years' office coordination experience is preferred
Competencies
Skills and Proficiency in:
- Strong organizational skills, resources development and budget development experience a plus Strong working knowledge of human service systems for youth, young adults, and families and an ability to bring together and collaborate with diverse community partners
Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven effective organizational and time management skills
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Applications as well as electronic data systems, time sheets, expense reports, use of virtual platforms for meetings)
Ability to:
- Ability to work independently from a home office and maintain adherence to deadlines.
Must be physically able to use standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Must be physically able to transport clients in own vehicle, conduct on-site visits, and able to lift/move up…
