Position
Secondary Registrar – 12‑month contract, starting the 26‑27 School Year.
Reports to:
Director of Campus Operations. Compensation: $19.86 – $24.69 per hour.
- 100% of student errors resolved prior to PEIMS.
- Think strategically about student data management; provide leadership with recommendations for data integrity and streamlining systems.
- Establish and maintain student files, ensuring personal and academic records are current, accurate, and confidential.
- Oversee proper file organization and storage; manage and maintain student and PEIMS data entry in the student information system.
- Complete data verification and corrective action set by Home Office internal audit results.
- Serve as liaison between campus personnel and Home Office regarding student information.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal and organizational policies and procedures concerning student data.
- Compile and maintain complex records and reports involving a large volume of changes.
- Coordinate dissemination of verification reports to designated campus coordinators and stakeholders.
- Publish all progress reports and report cards accurately and on time.
- Ensure 100% of transcripts are accurate based on internal deadlines.
- Collaborate with testing coordinator to ensure state testing records and scores are displayed accurately in the student information system and filed in student cumulative folders.
- Assist the Director of Campus Operations with creation of student schedules and dispersion of transcripts to appropriate parties at time of enrollment.
- Enter and maintain personalized graduation plans (PGPs), endorsements, credits by exam (CBE), end of course (EOC), and transfer credits in the student information system and student cumulative folders.
- Complete any transcript corrections or updates in the student information system.
- Lead proactive annual enrollment strategy, implementing automated reminders, hosting support sessions, and monitoring real‑time dashboards.
- Ensure new student registration data is approved and accurate in Skyward.
- Organize, manage, and lead enrollment, registration and withdrawal processes for all students.
- Maintain distribution of student information to all responsible personnel of special programs and campus personnel.
- Accurately reflect withdrawn students in the student database and update leavers.
- Conduct and fulfill student record requests for students, families, school personnel and external stakeholders.
- Process all withdrawals for students and track post‑withdrawal enrollment.
- Provide front‑desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors, answering and processing all incoming calls efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of business, operational or data experience.
- Ability to analyze, develop, establish and maintain efficient office workflow and administrative processes.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

- Hourly, non‑exempt position; salary commensurate with experience.
