At Masterpiece Construction, we believe that building exceptional homes starts with building exceptional relationships. Our company is rooted in faith, integrity, craftsmanship, and service. We are committed to creating an environment where our team, clients, and trade partners feel valued, respected, and cared for.

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an Office Manager who will become the organizational heartbeat of our business. This is a role for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, supporting people, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

If you’re the type of person who naturally notices what needs to be done, follows through without being asked, and enjoys helping a team stay organized and successful, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Office Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our office, keep leadership organized and accountable, support bookkeeping and financial administration, and serve as a trusted resource for our team.

You will be the person who helps hold all the moving pieces together. You’ll support the owner, coordinate office activities, maintain organization across projects and finances, answer phones, welcome visitors, and ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily office operations and administration
  • Answer phones and serve as the primary point of contact for the office
  • Manage calendars, meetings, reminders, and follow-up tasks for leadership
  • Support bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare reports and financial information for owner review
  • Maintain organized records, files, and company documentation
  • Coordinate communication between the office, field team, vendors, and clients
  • Track deadlines, open items, and action plans
  • Help improve systems, processes, and office workflows
  • Support employee onboarding and general administrative needs
  • Contribute to a positive, organized, and supportive team culture
What We’re Looking For Required Qualities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-through and personal accountability
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Able to identify problems and create solutions independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
  • Comfortable balancing kindness with accountability
  • Able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
  • Takes pride in helping others succeed
Preferred Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Bookkeeper, or similar role
  • Experience supporting a small business, construction company, service business, or trades-based organization
  • Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, or financial administration
  • Experience supporting business owners or leadership teams

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • Quick Books
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Job Tread
  • CRM systems
  • Scheduling software
  • Construction management platforms

While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, candidates who appreciate a values-driven workplace and a culture built on integrity, humility, service, and personal responsibility will likely feel most at home here.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $55,000-$65,000 per year depending on experience
  • Full-time position
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Opportunity for occasional remote work when appropriate
  • Long-term career stability and growth opportunities
