Operations Coordinator --- Genesis Lifestyle Medicine

Genesis Lifestyle Medicine is a leading national medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and aesthetics practice with 18 clinics and counting. We deliver patient‑first care in a fast‑growing, high‑energy environment, and we're looking for an Operations Coordinator to help us scale. This is a hybrid remote position, and we are seeking candidates in either the Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ markets, where our executive teams are located.

• Support executive leaders with scheduling, meetings, travel, and reporting
• Process payroll and maintain confidential records
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and HR documentation for new hires
• Compile and analyze operational data for decision‑making
• Manage updates for key systems like Zenoti and Workvivo
• Support special projects, vendor management, and corporate events

• Organized, proactive problem‑solver who thrives on keeping things running
• Experience supporting senior leadership (healthcare or multi‑site ops preferred)
• Detail‑oriented, with strong communication and project management skills
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and learning new systems
• Professional, discreet, and able to juggle multiple priorities
