Assistant To The Management
Do you have experience in assisting at the executive or management level, working in a structured manner and keeping track of multiple parallel topics? You want to not only coordinate appointments but also actively think, set priorities, prepare decisions, and ensure that topics continue in a binding manner? Then we look forward to meeting you.
Responsibilities- Organization and coordination of the daily business of the management
- Appointment, travel, and meeting management including preparation, follow-up, and prioritization
- Participation in management meetings including minutes taking, task tracking, and ensuring binding follow-ups
- Preparation and preparation of presentations, decision templates, evaluations, and documents
- Structuring of information, tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Communication with internal and external contacts on behalf of or in the name of the management
- Actively driving topics and projects to turn ideas into concrete results
- Confidential processing of sensitive information with high discretion and loyalty
- Development of processes, structures, and organizational processes around the management
- Professional experience in assistance, ideally at the executive or management level
- Very good organizational skills and a keen sense for priorities
- Structured, forward-looking, and solution-oriented working method
- Confident, binding, and friendly demeanor
- Very good communication skills at different hierarchical levels
- High discretion, loyalty, and a secure handling of confidential information
- Enjoyment in not only coordinating topics but also actively shaping them
- Secure handling of MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
