Under direction, plans, coordinates, and organizes the daily operations, activities, and communications for assigned office; performs a variety of complex secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve assigned administrator of administrative and clerical detail; and performs related duties as assigned. This position provides advanced administrative support for multiple grant‑funded programs, including contract management, purchasing, fiscal tracking, meeting coordination, records management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

The position serves as a key support role for department staff, school districts, community partners, and internal CCCOE departments.

Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:

  • Equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by college level coursework in business or public administration or related field.
  • And five (5) years of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact.
