Join our Technology team as a trusted partner to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Technology Leadership Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and shaping the day‑to‑day effectiveness of senior leaders driving innovation across the organization. The Administrative Assistant serves as a proactive, highly organized contributor who enables leaders to focus on strategic priorities by anticipating needs, managing competing demands, and ensuring seamless coordination in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, gain insight into cutting‑edge technology initiatives, and be part of a collaborative team focused on bringing new ideas to life.

- 4+ years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SharePoint experience a plus
- Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Co‑Pilot) a plus
Permanent position based out of Peoria, AZ.
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $60,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
